In 2024 Depop removed its 10% selling fee for US sellers. You keep the full item price apart from the fees below.
Payment processing
Every sale through Depop Payments costs 3.3% + $0.45. It is charged on the total transaction, including any shipping the buyer pays.

On a $10 item, fees are about 7.8%. On a $100 item, about 3.75%. The fixed $0.45 matters most on cheap pieces.
Boosting
Boosting puts your listing in front of more buyers. It is free to switch on. If the item sells through a boost, Depop charges 8% of the total transaction. Read the Depop boosting fee guide to see when it pays.
Shipping
You can use Depop’s prepaid labels or ship with your own. Depop shipping costs come out of the buyer’s payment. With your own shipping, you set the price and pay the label, so check the gap in Depop shipping costs.
Your payout
Payouts go to your bank through Depop Payments once the funds are available. Enter your item cost and postage in the calculator to see profit, not just payout.
